Welcome to the entirely new freshly built Video Games New Zealand, or as we like to call it VGNZ! As probably a few of you would know, this has probably been the longest developed website in the world, and I’m happy to say we’re finally here and everything is working and looking soooo dam sexy!

We have completely built the site from ground up and have plenty of fancy new features (Facebook connect anyone?) at your finger tips! As we have had to completely start from scratch, you will see that our content is a little light to start with. This will rapidly grow over the next few weeks as our new VGNZ team starts getting involved in the site.

You are probably all wondering, what on earth am I thinking launching VGNZ after this long and how will we be different to other New Zealand based websites? Well I feel there is still room for VGNZ in this environment. We will aim to have World and New Zealand ground breaking news as well as a ton of localised content to provide VGNZ a point of difference. We also have a lot and I mean ALOT of very knowledgeable contacts across the globe, all working for major gaming related companies, which we hope to use to provide you exclusive content.

As the site grows, you will see a ton of new features being developed and tested on VGNZ to add to the amazing experience. Some of these will be record breaking innovative concepts never seen on a gaming based website before!  We will also have regular competitions and prizes to help fuel some of your gaming needs.
